Warranty for Wood and Butcher Block Products

Warranty for Wood Countertops:

All Wood and Butcher Block countertops come with a Limited Lifetime Warranty.
Brooks Custom will repair or replace, at its option, any product determined to be faulty due to manufacturing defects.
Products not installed by Brooks Custom must be returned to the Brooks Custom showroom.
Incidental work or adjacent materials are not under warranty under this coverage. This is standard in most of the home improvement industry.
Warranty is not transferable and applies to the original purchaser only.
All shipped wood countertops must be removed from their crates within 24 hours of delivery. Any claims for shipping damage must be made within that time.
Sales are final on all finished products left in our showroom for over 90 days.
Cancellation policy: Our products are custom made, therefore,we do not accept returns or issue refunds once production has commenced.
Cancellation after consultation, template, engineering, or shop drawings will result in only a partial refund or your deposit. The value of work provided for these services is not refundable and will be billed at prevailing rates.
